How to Prepare
For a Light & Savory Taste — Cook with Water
Step 1: Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to a pan and pour in 1 cup of water.
Step 2: Stir well until there are no lumps, then start cooking on medium flame for 5–10 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
Step 3: For sweetness, add jaggery or dates powder. For savory flavor, add a pinch of salt. Mix well and turn off the flame.
Step 4: Serve warm.
For a Creamy & Sweet Taste — Cook with Milk
Step 1: Take 1 tablespoon of the mix in a pan and add half cup of milk and half cup of water.
Step 2: Stir well until there are no lumps, then start cooking on medium flame for 5–10 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
Step 3: Add jaggery powder or dates powder for sweetness, mix well and turn off the flame.
