Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
  • 180 ml water
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana, apple puree, or pear puree

Method

  1. Mix the Nutri Health Mix with 2 tbsp water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add the remaining water and cook on medium flame, stirring continuously.
  3. Simmer for 6-8 minutes until thick and fully cooked.
  4. Turn off the heat and stir in fruit puree.
  5. Cool to a safe serving temperature before feeding.

Texture tip

  • 6-7 months: Keep the porridge smooth and slightly runny.
  • 8-9 months: Make it thicker and spoon-coating.
  • 10+ months: Serve thicker with soft fruit mixed in.
