Creamy Nutri Health Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
- 180 ml water
- 2 tbsp mashed banana, apple puree, or pear puree
Method
- Mix the Nutri Health Mix with 2 tbsp water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining water and cook on medium flame, stirring continuously.
- Simmer for 6-8 minutes until thick and fully cooked.
- Turn off the heat and stir in fruit puree.
- Cool to a safe serving temperature before feeding.
Texture tip
- 6-7 months: Keep the porridge smooth and slightly runny.
- 8-9 months: Make it thicker and spoon-coating.
- 10+ months: Serve thicker with soft fruit mixed in.
