Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 3 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix

Method

  1. Mix Nutri Health Mix into the dosa batter until smooth.
  2. Rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Spread a small soft dosa on a hot pan.
  4. Cook both sides until fully cooked.
  5. Cool slightly and cut into strips.

Texture tip

  • 10-12 months: Make a soft dosa rather than a crisp one.
  • 12+ months: Cut into small pieces for dipping.
  • Toddlers: Serve with mild chutney or yogurt if already tolerated.
