Ingredients
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 3 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
Method
- Mix Nutri Health Mix into the dosa batter until smooth.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Spread a small soft dosa on a hot pan.
- Cook both sides until fully cooked.
- Cool slightly and cut into strips.

- 10-12 months: Make a soft dosa rather than a crisp one.
- 12+ months: Cut into small pieces for dipping.
- Toddlers: Serve with mild chutney or yogurt if already tolerated.
