Shipping & Delivery Policy

Live Indianly prepares and ships orders within India. We currently deliver across India.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation. During weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, or operational delays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, courier delays, weather issues, or local service restrictions may extend the delivery timeline.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 399. For other orders, shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or on the order status page when available.

Address or delivery issues

Please enter a complete and reachable shipping address with a valid phone number. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or missed delivery attempts, we may need to charge shipping again for resending the order.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
