At Live Indianly, we care deeply about your satisfaction and want every order to reach you in perfect condition.
We offer a 3-day return policy — which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, but only in the case of damaged or incorrect products.
🛍️ How to Request a Return

Return courier charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or missing.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery.

🚚 Delivery Issues
If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or missed delivery calls, a refund cannot be issued.
However, we can resend your order if you contact us within 7 days of the failed delivery attempt. Additional courier charges will apply.
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to your location being non-serviceable or outside their coverage area, a full refund will be processed automatically.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll update you on the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
