Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Dates Powder
  • 2 tbsp warm ghee

Method

  1. Dry roast Nutri Health Mix for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Mix in Dates Powder.
  4. Add warm ghee gradually until the mixture holds together.
  5. Shape into very small soft ladoos and flatten slightly before serving.

  • 12+ months: Make tiny, soft, slightly flattened pieces.
  • Toddlers: Serve seated and supervised.
  • Family: Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
