Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp grated zucchini
- Water, as needed
Method
- Mix Nutri Health Mix, carrot, zucchini, and water into a pourable batter.
- Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
- Heat a pan on low to medium flame.
- Spread small cheelas and cook until both sides are fully cooked.
- Cool slightly and cut into strips.
Texture tip
- 10-12 months: Keep cheelas soft and cut into strips.
- 12+ months: Cut into small pieces and serve with yogurt.
- Toddlers: Add finely chopped spinach or peas once accepted.
