Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp grated zucchini
  • Water, as needed

Method

  1. Mix Nutri Health Mix, carrot, zucchini, and water into a pourable batter.
  2. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan on low to medium flame.
  4. Spread small cheelas and cook until both sides are fully cooked.
  5. Cool slightly and cut into strips.

Texture tip

  • 10-12 months: Keep cheelas soft and cut into strips.
  • 12+ months: Cut into small pieces and serve with yogurt.
  • Toddlers: Add finely chopped spinach or peas once accepted.
