Ingredients
- 1 cup idli batter
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
- Water, if needed
Method
- Mix Nutri Health Mix into the idli batter.
- Add a little water only if needed to keep the batter pourable.
- Pour into greased idli molds.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Cool well and cut into fingers or small pieces.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Cut into long soft fingers.
- 10-12 months: Cut into small cubes for pincer practice.
- 12+ months: Serve with mild dal or plain yogurt.
