Nutri Health Banana Pancakes

Made with

Sathu Maavu

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 3-4 tbsp milk or water
  • 1/2 tsp ghee, optional

Method

  1. Mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add Nutri Health Mix.
  3. Add milk or water little by little to make a thick batter.
  4. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat a pan on low flame and grease lightly with ghee.
  6. Spoon small pancakes onto the pan.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Serve as very soft strips.
  • 10-12 months: Offer smaller pieces for pincer-grip practice.
  • 12+ months: Pair with plain yogurt or fruit.

Nutritionist note

Banana keeps these pancakes soft and lightly sweet without refined sugar.

Parent tip

Keep the batter thick so the pancakes stay soft and easy to hold.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
