Red Poha & Makhana Travel Mix

1. Take 2 tablespoons (about 15–20 g) of powder.
2. Gradually add 60–80 ml hot water and stir until smooth and lump-free.
3. Cover and rest for 3–5 minutes. Stir and add more hot water if needed.
4. Cool to a safe feeding temperature before serving.
5. Optional: add breast milk or a little ghee only after the prepared food has cooled.

A convenient 6m+ meal mix made with familiar Indian ingredients: red poha, makhana, masoor dal, and cumin seeds.
