1. Take 2 tablespoons of the malt mix.
2. Mix it with ¼ cup cold or room temperature water to make a lump-free paste.
3. Boil ¾ cup milk (or water).
4. Add the paste into the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
5. Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes until thickened slightly.
6. Cool to warm temperature before offering to your child.
