Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp green peas
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Wash the mix if needed.
  2. Add mix, water, carrot, peas, and cumin powder to a pressure cooker.
  3. Cook for 3 whistles.
  4. Allow pressure to release naturally.
  5. Open and mash lightly.
  6. Stir in ghee before serving.
