Vegetable Pongal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp green peas
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Wash the mix if needed.
- Add mix, water, carrot, peas, and cumin powder to a pressure cooker.
- Cook for 3 whistles.
- Allow pressure to release naturally.
- Open and mash lightly.
- Stir in ghee before serving.
