Nutritionist note

Waffles are an easy way to turn the same everyday mix into a self-feeding toddler breakfast.

Parent tip

Cook until set, but avoid making the waffle too crisp for young toddlers.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
