Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Mix
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170C (340F).
  2. Mash the banana until smooth.
  3. Add the mix and ghee.
  4. Stir into a soft dough.
  5. Shape into small flat cookies.
  6. Place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set but still soft.
  8. Cool completely before serving.

Texture tip

  • 10-12 months: Break into small soft pieces.
  • 12+ months: Serve whole only if your child manages soft finger foods well.
