Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Live Indianly Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp ghee
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C (340F).
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the mix and ghee.
- Stir into a soft dough.
- Shape into small flat cookies.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until set but still soft.
- Cool completely before serving.
Texture tip
- 10-12 months: Break into small soft pieces.
- 12+ months: Serve whole only if your child manages soft finger foods well.
