Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 180 ml water
- 1/2 tsp ghee, optional
Method
- Add the mix and water to a pan.
- Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
- Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Adjust with warm water if a thinner porridge is needed.
- Turn off the heat and cool to a safe serving temperature.
- Stir in ghee if using and serve warm.
Texture tip
- 6-7 months: Keep the porridge smooth and slightly runny.
- 8+ months: Cook it a little thicker for spoon practice.
