Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Live Indianly Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 3-4 tbsp water, milk, or curd
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the Sweet Potato Sprouted Ragi Mix.
- Add water, milk, or curd little by little to make a thick pancake batter.
- Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
- Heat a pan on low flame and grease lightly with ghee.
- Spoon small pancakes onto the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until fully set.
- Cool slightly and cut into soft strips.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Serve very soft strips that squish easily between fingers.
- 10-12 months: Offer small pieces for pincer-grip practice.
