Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • Water as needed
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mix the ragi mix, curd, carrot, and water into a thick batter.
  2. Heat an appe pan and grease with ghee.
  3. Pour the batter into the cavities.
  4. Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook until fully cooked.
  6. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Crumble into small pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve whole as finger foods.
