Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp curd
- Water as needed
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mix the ragi mix, curd, carrot, and water into a thick batter.
- Heat an appe pan and grease with ghee.
- Pour the batter into the cavities.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook until fully cooked.
- Serve warm.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Crumble into small pieces.
- 9-12 months: Serve whole as finger foods.
