Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
  • 1/4 cup steamed sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mash the sweet potato until smooth.
  2. Add the ragi mix and rice flour.
  3. Mix into a soft dough.
  4. Shape into finger-sized sticks.
  5. Pan cook with ghee on low flame until lightly golden.
  6. Serve warm.

  • 8-9 months: Break into small soft pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve whole for self-feeding.
