Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • Mashed banana, applesauce, or date puree
  • A tiny pinch of cardamom powder or dry ginger powder (8M+)

Method

  1. Add the Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix and water to a pan.
  2. Mix well until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until thick, smooth, and fully cooked.
  5. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  6. Add any optional add-ins if desired.
  7. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 6-7 months: Keep the porridge smooth and slightly runny.
  • 8-9 months: Make slightly thicker and add fruit purees for variety.
  • 10+ months: Serve thicker or mix with mashed fruits for added texture.
