Nutritionist note
Sprouting ragi can help improve nutrient availability and may make it easier to digest compared to regular ragi.
Parent tip
Try rotating fruits such as banana, apple, pear, peach, or mango puree to introduce different flavors naturally without added sugar
Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
