Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Whisk the egg well.
- Add the ragi mix and water.
- Mix into a smooth batter.
- Heat a pan and grease lightly with ghee.
- Pour small pancakes onto the pan.
- Cook on low flame until both sides are cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Cut into very small soft pieces.
- 9-12 months: Serve as finger foods.
