Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Whisk the egg well.
  2. Add the ragi mix and water.
  3. Mix into a smooth batter.
  4. Heat a pan and grease lightly with ghee.
  5. Pour small pancakes onto the pan.
  6. Cook on low flame until both sides are cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Cut into very small soft pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve as finger foods.
