Sprouted Ragi Apple Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 180 ml water
- 2 tbsp steamed apple puree
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mix the ragi mix with water until lump-free.
- Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add the apple puree and mix well.
- Cook for another 1 minute.
- Stir in ghee and serve warm.
Texture tip
- 6-7 months: Keep smooth and slightly runny.
- 7-8 months: Make slightly thicker and leave a little texture from the apple puree.

Sprouting ragi can help improve nutrient availability and may make it easier to digest compared to regular ragi.
Parent tip
You can replace apple puree with pear or steamed peach puree for variety.
