Soft Beetroot Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Live Indianly Oats Makhana Millet Mix
- 1/2 tsp Live Indianly Beetroot Powder
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 3-4 tbsp milk or water
- 1/2 tsp ghee, optional
Method
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Add the Oats Makhana Millet Mix and Beetroot Powder.
- Add milk or water little by little to make a thick pancake batter.
- Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
- Heat a pan on low flame and grease lightly with ghee.
- Spoon small circles of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until fully set.
- Cool slightly and serve as small pieces or strips.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Serve very soft strips that squish easily between fingers.
- 10-12 months: Offer small pancake pieces for pincer-grip practice.
- 12+ months: Pair with plain yogurt or fruit for a fuller breakfast.
