Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Raw Nendran Banana Powder
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- Breastmilk or formula (optional)
Method
- Mix 2 tbsp of the Raw Nendran Banana Powder with 1 cup water until smooth and lump-free.
- Cook on a low to medium flame, stirring continuously.
- Simmer until thick and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Stir in breastmilk or formula if using.
- Serve warm.

- 6-7 months: Keep the porridge thin and smooth.
- 8-9 months: Make slightly thicker to encourage texture acceptance.
- 10+ months: Serve thicker or mix with mashed fruits and vegetables.
