Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Raw Nendran Banana Powder
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • Breastmilk or formula (optional)

Method

  1. Mix 2 tbsp of the Raw Nendran Banana Powder with 1 cup water until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Cook on a low to medium flame, stirring continuously.
  3. Simmer until thick and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  5. Stir in breastmilk or formula if using.
  6. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 6-7 months: Keep the porridge thin and smooth.
  • 8-9 months: Make slightly thicker to encourage texture acceptance.
  • 10+ months: Serve thicker or mix with mashed fruits and vegetables.
