Ragi Vegetable Uttapam
A gentle ragi recipe for clean Indian baby food routines from 12m+.

Sprouted Ragi
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (30g) Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1/2 cup idli batter
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spinach
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the idli batter and sprouted ragi mix. Mix until smooth.
- Add grated carrot and chopped spinach. Stir well.
- Heat a non-stick tawa on low-medium flame.
- Grease lightly with ghee.
- Pour a small ladleful of batter and spread gently into a thick mini uttapam (about 3-4 inches wide).
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle a few drops of ghee around the edges.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove and cool slightly.
- Cut into strips or wedges for easy self-feeding.

Ragi is naturally rich in calcium, making it a popular grain for growing children.
