Nutritionist note

Finger foods like paniyarams help toddlers practice self-feeding and hand-eye coordination.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
