Ragi Paneer Paniyaram

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Mix
- 1/2 cup idli batter
- 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Combine idli batter and ragi mix in a bowl.
- Add paneer, carrot, and coriander.
- Mix well.
- Heat a paniyaram pan and add a few drops of ghee into each cavity.
- Fill each cavity 3/4 full with batter.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn gently using a skewer or spoon.
- Cook the other side until golden.
- Remove and cool before serving.
