Nutri Health Milk Porridge with Dates Powder

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
- 180 ml whole milk
- 1 tsp Live Indianly Dates Powder
- 1 tsp ghee, optional
Method
- Mix Nutri Health Mix with 2-3 tbsp milk to make a smooth paste.
- Heat the remaining milk on low to medium flame.
- Add the paste while stirring continuously.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until thick and fully cooked.
- Add Dates Powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Turn off the heat, stir in ghee if using, and cool before serving.
Texture tip
- 12+ months: Serve thick but smooth.
- Toddlers: Make it slightly thicker for spoon practice.
- Family: Add fruit on the side instead of extra sweetener.
