Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Nutri Health Mix
  • 180 ml whole milk
  • 1 tsp Live Indianly Dates Powder
  • 1 tsp ghee, optional

Method

  1. Mix Nutri Health Mix with 2-3 tbsp milk to make a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the remaining milk on low to medium flame.
  3. Add the paste while stirring continuously.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes until thick and fully cooked.
  5. Add Dates Powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
  6. Turn off the heat, stir in ghee if using, and cool before serving.

  • 12+ months: Serve thick but smooth.
  • Toddlers: Make it slightly thicker for spoon practice.
  • Family: Add fruit on the side instead of extra sweetener.
