Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Raw Nendran Banana Powder
- 180 ml water
- 50 g steamed sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mix the banana powder with water until smooth and lump-free.
- Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Mash or blend the sweet potato until smooth.
- Add the sweet potato to the cooked banana porridge and mix well.
- Stir in ghee and serve warm.
Texture tip
- 6-7 months: Blend the sweet potato completely smooth.
- 7-8 months: Mash with a fork and leave tiny soft lumps.

Raw Nendran banana contains resistant starch, a type of carbohydrate that can support healthy gut bacteria.
