Nendran Banana Sweet Potato Fingers

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Raw Nendran Banana Powder
- 1/4 cup steamed sweet potato
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mash the sweet potato until smooth.
- Add Nendran Banana Powder and rice flour.
- Mix into a soft dough.
- Shape into finger-sized sticks.
- Place on a greased pan and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Break into small soft pieces.
- 9-12 months: Serve as finger foods for self-feeding.
