Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Raw Nendran Banana Powder
  • 1/4 cup steamed sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mash the sweet potato until smooth.
  2. Add Nendran Banana Powder and rice flour.
  3. Mix into a soft dough.
  4. Shape into finger-sized sticks.
  5. Place on a greased pan and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Cool slightly and serve.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Break into small soft pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve as finger foods for self-feeding.
