Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
  • 1 tbsp carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp green peas
  • 250 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Add the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix, vegetables, and water to a pressure cooker.
  2. Cook for 4-5 whistles until very soft.
  3. Mash lightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Stir in ghee and serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Mash well with small soft lumps.
  • 9-12 months: Leave more texture for chewing practice.
