Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
- 1 tbsp carrot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp green peas
- 250 ml water
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Add the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix, vegetables, and water to a pressure cooker.
- Cook for 4-5 whistles until very soft.
- Mash lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Stir in ghee and serve warm.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Mash well with small soft lumps.
- 9-12 months: Leave more texture for chewing practice.
