Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
- 1 tbsp spinach puree
- 2 tbsp curd
- Water as needed
- Ghee for greasing
Method
- Mix the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix, spinach puree, curd, and water into a thick batter.
- Grease mini idli moulds.
- Pour the batter into the moulds.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly and remove from moulds.
- Serve warm.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Crumble into small pieces.
- 9-12 months: Serve whole mini idlis.

Spinach provides iron while moong dal contributes protein.
