Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
  • 1 tbsp spinach puree
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee for greasing

Method

  1. Mix the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix, spinach puree, curd, and water into a thick batter.
  2. Grease mini idli moulds.
  3. Pour the batter into the moulds.
  4. Steam for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly and remove from moulds.
  6. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Crumble into small pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve whole mini idlis.

Spinach provides iron while moong dal contributes protein.
