Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Ghee for greasing
Method
- Cook the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix with water until soft and thick. Cool slightly.
- Mix in carrot, spinach, yogurt, salt, and cumin powder.
- Grease mini idli moulds with ghee and fill with batter.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
