Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Ghee for greasing

Method

  1. Cook the Brown Rice & Moong Dal Mix with water until soft and thick. Cool slightly.
  2. Mix in carrot, spinach, yogurt, salt, and cumin powder.
  3. Grease mini idli moulds with ghee and fill with batter.
  4. Steam for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm.
