Beetroot Yogurt Dip
A simple pink yogurt dip for steamed vegetables, dosa strips, or soft chapati pieces.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thick plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Live Indianly Beetroot Powder
- Pinch roasted cumin powder, optional for 12m+
Method
- Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Mix in the Beetroot Powder until evenly pink.
- Chill for 10 minutes if desired.
- Serve with soft steamed vegetables, dosa strips, or chapati pieces.
Texture tip
- 10-12 months: Keep the dip smooth and serve with very soft foods.
- 12+ months: Add a tiny pinch of roasted cumin if your child already tolerates it.
- Toddlers: Use as a colorful spread for soft paratha rolls.
