Nutritionist note
Whole wheat gives steady energy, and beetroot powder turns a familiar paratha into a colorful toddler food.
Parent tip
Avoid making the paratha crisp for younger babies; soft and moist is easier to manage.
Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
