Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Sprouted Ragi Powder
  • 2 tbsp ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 small banana (optional, for natural sweetness)
  • Water or pasteurized full-fat milk, as needed (milk for cooking only)
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Add the Sprouted Ragi Powder to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado until smooth.
  3. If using banana, mash it well and add it to the bowl.
  4. Gradually add water or the milk to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
  5. Heat a pan on low flame and grease lightly with ghee.
  6. Pour small pancakes onto the pan.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear.
  8. Flip gently and cook until soft and fully cooked.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
  10. Cut into strips or bite-sized pieces for self-feeding.

Texture tip
