1. Take 2 tablespoons (about 15–20g) of the powder.
2. Add it to ¼ cup cold water and stir to form a smooth paste (no lumps).
3. Heat ¾ cup milk to your preferred temperature.
4. Stir the paste into the milk.
5. Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes until slightly thick. Add jaggery powder or dates powder for sweetness, mix well and turn off the flame. Cool and serve.
