Delete your Live Indianly account and app data

This page is for users of the Live Indianly app (com.liveindianly.app). It is publicly available and does not require sign-in.

How to request deletion

Choose either option:

1. In the Live Indianly app: go to More → Privacy & account data → Request deletion. The app opens these public instructions so the request can be submitted without signing in.
2. By email: send a request from the email address linked to the account to hello@liveindianly.com with the subject Live Indianly account deletion request.

In the request, include the email address or phone number linked to the Live Indianly account and the statement: “Delete my Live Indianly account and associated app data.” Do not include passwords, payment-card details or a child's full name. We will verify control of the account email address or phone number before processing the request.

What will be deleted

After the request is verified, deletion covers data under Live Indianly's control, including:

• the Live Indianly customer account and account identifiers;
• favourite recipes and favourite products;
• child profiles, including nicknames, ages in months and selected feeding goals;
• meal plans;
• food logs, feeding-history entries and reaction or context notes;
• app analytics records that can be linked to the account, where applicable; and
• support records that are no longer required.

Signing out clears account-linked favourites, child profiles, food logs and meal plans stored on that device. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes the remaining local app data. Data on another device may remain locally until that device signs out, clears app storage or uninstalls the app.

What may be retained

We may retain limited purchase, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and deletion-request records where required by law. These retained records are restricted and are not used for marketing. De-identified information that can no longer be linked to an individual may also be retained.

Timing

We will acknowledge the request after it is submitted and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a longer period. We will notify the requester when deletion is complete or explain any legally required retention.
