Whole Wheat Almond Vegetable Muffin Bites (Steamed)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp grated bottle gourd
- 2 tbsp curd
- Water as needed
- Ghee for greasing
Method
- Mix the Whole Wheat & Almond Mix, vegetables, and curd into a thick batter.
- Grease small steel cups or idli moulds.
- Fill each mould three-quarters full.
- Steam in an idli steamer for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly and remove from moulds.
- Serve warm.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Crumble into small soft pieces.
- 9-12 months: Serve whole as finger foods.
