Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
  • 1/2 small banana, mashed
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add the Whole Wheat & Almond Mix and water.
  3. Mix into a thick batter.
  4. Heat a pan and grease lightly with ghee.
  5. Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the pan.
  6. Cook on low flame until soft and cooked through on both sides.
  7. Serve warm.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Cut into tiny soft pieces.
  • 9-12 months: Serve whole mini pancakes as finger foods.
