Paneer Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup full-fat paneer made from pasteurized milk, grated
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Shape into soft, adult-finger-length oblong cutlets.
  3. Pan-cook on low flame until lightly golden.
  4. Serve warm.

  • The cutlets should break apart easily.
