Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
- 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- Water as needed
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Combine mix, paneer, and carrot.
- Add water gradually to form a pourable batter.
- Heat a tawa and grease lightly.
- Pour batter and spread gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Cut into strips and serve.
