Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
  • 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
  • 2 tbsp grated carrot
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Combine mix, paneer, and carrot.
  2. Add water gradually to form a pourable batter.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease lightly.
  4. Pour batter and spread gently.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side.
  7. Cut into strips and serve.
