Nutritionist note

Makhana (fox nuts) is a traditional Indian food that contains minerals and pairs well with oats and millets to create a nourishing meal for babies.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
