Oats Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp raisins (optional, finely chopped)

Method

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Mix in the oats and raisins.
  3. Shape into small cookies.
  4. Bake at 180C (350F) for 12-15 minutes until set.
  5. Cool before serving.

  • Bake until just set so the cookies stay soft inside.
