Moringa Whole Wheat Paratha

Made with

Moringa Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • Warm water, as needed
  • Ghee, as needed

Method

  1. Mix whole wheat flour and Moringa Powder.
  2. Add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll small parathas.
  5. Cook both sides on a hot pan until fully cooked.
  6. Apply ghee and serve soft.

Texture tip

  • 12+ months: Keep the paratha soft and tear into small pieces.
  • Toddlers: Roll with a little yogurt or paneer for a soft wrap.
  • Family: Serve as part of a mild meal with dal or curd.

Nutritionist note

Moringa blends easily into familiar doughs, making it simple to rotate greens into toddler meals.

Parent tip

Avoid making the paratha crisp if serving to a younger toddler.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
