Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Live Indianly Oats Makhana Millet Mix
  • 180 ml water
  • 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • 2 tbsp apple puree

Method

  1. Mix the Oats Makhana Millet Mix with water until lump-free.
  2. Cook on medium flame, stirring continuously.
  3. Simmer until the porridge thickens and cooks fully.
  4. Stir in the Moringa Powder during the last minute.
  5. Turn off the heat and mix in apple puree.
  6. Cool to a safe serving temperature before feeding.

Texture tip

  • 6-7 months: Keep it smooth and slightly runny.
  • 8-9 months: Make it thicker and spoon-coating.
  • 10+ months: Serve thicker with soft fruit mixed in.

Nutritionist note

A tiny amount of moringa powder can add plant-based variety without changing the texture of a familiar porridge.

Begin with just 1/4 tsp moringa so the flavor stays gentle.
