Moringa Paneer Pancakes

Made with

Moringa Powder

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
  • 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • Water, as needed

Method

  1. Mix whole wheat flour, paneer, and Moringa Powder.
  2. Add water little by little to make a thick batter.
  3. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook mini pancakes on a low flame until both sides are fully cooked.
  5. Cool slightly and serve as strips or small pieces.

Texture tip

  • 12+ months: Keep pancakes soft and moist.
  • Toddlers: Serve with plain yogurt for dipping.
  • Family: Add mild grated vegetables once your child accepts the base recipe.

Nutritionist note

Paneer adds calcium and protein, helping these pancakes feel more filling for toddlers.

Parent tip

Cook slowly on low heat so the paneer softens and the center cooks through.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
