Moringa Moong Dal Khichdi

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rice
- 2 tbsp moong dal
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Wash the rice and moong dal well.
- Pressure cook with water until very soft.
- Mash the cooked khichdi to the right texture for your baby.
- Stir in the Moringa Powder after cooking.
- Mix in ghee and cool before serving.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Mash very soft with no firm grains.
- 10-12 months: Leave tiny soft lumps for texture practice.
- 12+ months: Serve thicker as a family-style khichdi.
