Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rice
  • 2 tbsp moong dal
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Wash the rice and moong dal well.
  2. Pressure cook with water until very soft.
  3. Mash the cooked khichdi to the right texture for your baby.
  4. Stir in the Moringa Powder after cooking.
  5. Mix in ghee and cool before serving.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Mash very soft with no firm grains.
  • 10-12 months: Leave tiny soft lumps for texture practice.
  • 12+ months: Serve thicker as a family-style khichdi.
