Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped spinach

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  2. Beat the eggs well.
  3. Mix in Moringa Powder, cheese, and finely chopped spinach.
  4. Pour into a greased mini muffin tray.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until fully set.
  6. Cool before serving.

Texture tip

  • 12+ months: Cut muffins into small soft pieces.
  • Toddlers: Pack as a lunch-box snack once fully cooled.
  • Family: Add finely chopped mild vegetables for variety.

Nutritionist note

Eggs and cheese add protein and fat, while moringa and spinach bring a gentle green routine.

Parent tip

Serve eggs only when they are fully cooked and your child has already tolerated egg.

Parent note: introduce new foods one at a time, adjust texture for your baby’s readiness, and check with your pediatrician for allergies, medical conditions, or feeding concerns.
