Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spinach
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
- Beat the eggs well.
- Mix in Moringa Powder, cheese, and finely chopped spinach.
- Pour into a greased mini muffin tray.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until fully set.
- Cool before serving.
