Banana Peanut Butter Roll
A baby-friendly roll idea with serving guidance for families from 12m+.
Ingredients
- 1 small whole wheat chapati
- 1-2 tsp smooth, unsweetened peanut butter, thinned if needed
- 1/2 banana
Method
- Spread a very thin layer of peanut butter over the chapati.
- Place the banana on one side.
- Roll gently and cut lengthwise into narrow strips; do not serve as round slices.

- Serve as soft, narrow strips and avoid thick or round pieces.
