Banana Oat Pancakes
A baby-friendly pancake idea with serving guidance for families from 8m+.
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2-3 tbsp water or pasteurized full-fat milk (milk for cooking only)
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Mash the banana until smooth.
- Mix in oat flour and water (or milk) to form a thick batter.
- Heat a pan and grease with ghee.
- Pour small pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Cool slightly and cut into strips.
Texture tip
- 8-9 months: Cut into thick strips.
- 10+ months: Serve mini pancakes whole.
