Banana Oat Pancakes

Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2-3 tbsp water or pasteurized full-fat milk (milk for cooking only)
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Mix in oat flour and water (or milk) to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat a pan and grease with ghee.
  4. Pour small pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Cool slightly and cut into strips.

Texture tip

  • 8-9 months: Cut into thick strips.
  • 10+ months: Serve mini pancakes whole.

You can replace banana with pear or mango.
