Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Whisk egg, milk, and Whole Wheat & Almond Mix into a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan and grease with ghee.
  3. Pour small pancakes and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Cut into strips and serve.
